Jonathan Hale Chairman

Jonathan set up Hale Construction in 1996, following years of experience in the construction industry in South Wales. He started out as a trainee carpenter when a teenager, and sees this trade background as key to what he does today, believing that the company’s success is in part due to a hands-on approach from management.

Under Jonathan’s Chairmanship, Hale has gone from being a company of two to one of 130, and now includes sister companies Hale Homes and Seven Oaks Timber Frame. His best moment so far has been seeing his son and daughter run construction sites for Hale.

In his free time Jonathan enjoys watching his younger children playing sports such as rugby, football and athletics. His other favourite thing is walking into a house and smelling something cooking, saying it makes a house feel homely.
